That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
Every lens purchased from Duclos Lenses goes through a strict quality control process. New items may be returned within 10 days of delivery/pick-up. Refunds for returned or cancelled orders are eligible for 100% store credit or 85% refund, less the cost of shipping. New item returns must include all original packaging, accessories, and materials and may be subject to an additional restocking fee if they are returned with any signs of use or wear. In order to provide the lowest possible prices, we enforce these policies very strictly. In an effort to avoid unnecessary returns due to compatibility or customer expectations, contact a Duclos Lenses representative so that we can discuss your needs prior to purchase.
Pre-order deposits are based on 10% of estimated retail price (exceptions apply) of a given product. Pre-order participants will be contacted prior to final balance payment for a final inquiry at which time a pre-order can be cancelled for 100% store credit or a 95% refund.
