We encourage local customers to drop-off anytime during business hours. Our staff will greet you in our lobby and accept your equipment. It's best to complete the Equipment Intake Form ahead of time, but you can also do it when you arrive. Shipping sensitive equipment should be done carefully and thoughtfully. Please make sure your equipment is well padded and protected in transit. Fill empty space in boxes with additional packing material to prevent shifting during transit. Choose a reliable carrier such as FedEx or UPS. Consult your local specialist for international shipping advice. Be sure to include a copy of the Equipment Intake Form when you're ready to send your equipment in.
Completed service, repair, and modification jobs can be picked up once completed and paid from our Headquarters. Please speak with one of our staff to ensure your job is complete and ready to be picked up before arriving. Equipment is released only to authorized individuals or pre-approved courier services. Pick-up for online orders is handled on a case-by-case basis and should be coordinated with a member of our sales team.
