Local customers are welcome to drop off gear during business hours. Our staff will greet you in our lobby and accept your equipment. To save time, complete the Equipment Intake Form in advance — or fill it out when you arrive.

Protect your lenses by using sturdy boxes and at least 2 inches of padding on all sides. Fill empty space to prevent movement during transit. We recommend FedEx or UPS for domestic shipping.

For international customers, consult a shipping expert. Be sure to include a printed Equipment Intake Form in the box.

Once your job is complete and payment has been received, equipment can be picked up from our Chatsworth HQ. Please confirm with a team member before arriving.

Pick-ups are limited to authorized individuals or approved couriers. Online order pickups should be arranged directly with our sales team.
