Nikon Ais Prime Perfect!

One of the most Cine-Mod friendly lens lines ever made, the Nikon Ais series are a beautiful combination of simple, manual mechanical build quality and beautiful vintage glass. While they're not quite as exotic in character as something like the Leica R series, they're also much more affordable and plentiful. This particular lens received our complete Cine-Mod including a standard 80mm Front Ring, seamless 32-pitch focus gear, de-clicked and camped aperture movement, and of course, a hard Canon EF mount conversion.

The only catch to using the Nikon Ais primes is that their focus helix rotates opposite compared to pretty much everything out there. There's the Nikon way - then there's the right way... which is every other lens in the world. Alas, the Nikon Nikkor Ais series was in production for several decades which means there are plenty of focal lengths and models to choose from. Enjoy!
