Can I drop-off and/or pick-up lenses for service/repair/modification?Yes! As of April 2022 we've reopened our lobby at our Headquarters to visitors to drop-off and pick-up equipment. Please continue to complete our Equipment Intake Form for equipment drop-offs.

Can I still order lenses and accessories?Yes! Our online store and warehouse are fully operational and we will continue fulfilling orders as quickly as possible. In some cases inventory will be limited due to international shipping delays with our suppliers. Orders can be picked up locally as well. Please wait for pick-up confirmation email after placing an order.
Can I call the office to discuss my lens needs?Of course! We're always happy to chat about lenses. You can call anytime during business hours. You can also utilize our chat widget in the lower left corner of your browser.
